At the foot of Stara Planina, below the highest peak in Serbia and Midzor Babin Zub, there is a house "Villa DUKAT".

            It is conceived as a holiday home and enjoy the pristine nature that surrounds it. Around the house were meadows and woods, a stream flowing past it. At one hundred meters from the house creek empties into a huge river, the pearl of the mountain.

             The house has seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two are double, three triple rooms and two four. The ground floor has a large living room with kitchen and dining room available to guests to prepare themselves hranu.Tu a TV and DVD, so the evening can enjoy a nice movie or muziku.Kuća has central heating. Ground floor, first floor and attic are connected internal circular staircase.

Distance from the ski lift is 4 km.

              The preserved nature offers opportunities for recreation both in summer and in winter months. Breathe fullest walking forest trails and meadows, and drink water from mountain springs.

              The mountain provides opportunities for winter sports, both extreme and moderate ones and maybe even the best, sledding with their loved ones.

              While you will be called to run in them will enjoy, a warm home, comfortable accommodation and friendly hosts will be harder against you and you will enjoy as you select one of the two. Both will form, certainly, in the fond memories!
